Any agency can forward applications. The work worth paying for is the filtering, the chasing and the accountability that happens around them.
Applications are screened before you see them
Our processing team checks every application against your entry requirements, and the documents against what the application needs, before it reaches your admissions inbox. Anything incomplete goes back to the agency, not on to you.
Every agency is approved, and stays accountable
Agencies do not sign themselves up. We review each one before it can submit anything, and we can suspend one at any time. Sub-agents are approved individually too, so you are never receiving applications from somebody we have not assessed.
A named team for your institution
Agencies do not email a general address and hope. Each institution has EC World staff assigned to it, and every question from an agency goes to those people and is answered in a thread we keep.
We follow the student to enrolment
Our responsibility does not end at the offer. We track the tuition deposit, the CAS, I-20 or CoE, and the visa decision, and we chase what is late. You get students who arrive, not applications that stall.

What we ask of you
Partnership runs both ways.
We can only promise agencies and students a straight answer if we can get one ourselves. Four things make the difference between a partnership that works and one that quietly stops.
- A named admissions contact who can answer questions about applications in progress.
- Current entry requirements, tuition and intake dates, and notice when they change.
- Decisions in a timeframe we can commit to with students and agencies.
- Commission terms in writing, and invoices settled to those terms.
